If you do not see a trip available in our scheduled public calendar that fits your plans please do not hesitate to call or email us with your request.

Online tickets can be purchased with: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Prior to purchasing tickets, please review all policies below.

Reservation / Cancellation Policy

Tickets purchased using this system are for a single and specific excursion. The trip will take place on the date, time and at the location indicated on your boarding pass.

What is the cancellation policy?

To receive a full refund you must contact us directly BEFORE 24 hours of your scheduled tour to cancel or reschedule.
As we only sell 6 seats per boat those seats are removed from our sales options when reserved. If you must cancel your trip within 24 hours of departure time, a refund is still offered, but with a a cancellation fee of 50% of the total purchase price. "No-shows" that give no prior notice of their inability to make a trip will forfeit their entire purchase price.

Newport Coastal Adventure wants our passengers to have a safe and enjoyable experience with us on the water. If the weather is not conducive to having a safe and enjoyable experience (as determined by Newport Coastal Adventure), we will do our best to either reschedule the trip for you or refund your money.
